By accessing or using Hestini ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Hestini is an enterprise AI-powered document management and collaboration platform that provides document processing, AI-assisted chat, meeting management with Google Meet integration, and real-time collaboration features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account. Organization administrators manage user access within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload, transmit, or store content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create through the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Our service: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Hestini and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • AI-generated content: Content generated by our AI features is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use.

6. Google Integration

When you connect your Google account to use meeting features, you acknowledge that:

  • Hestini will access your Google Meet, Calendar, and Drive data only as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You can revoke Google access at any time from your account settings.
  • Your use of Google services through Hestini is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hestini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI-generated content, analysis, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
