Ask a question and the answer comes from your own material, with the source attached. Ask for a report, a spreadsheet or a draft and you get the finished file, not a description of one.
Platform
Most of what a team does with its information — reading it, discussing it, writing it up, sending it — happens in one place, with the same assistant and the same permissions throughout.
Upload contracts, specifications, reports and spreadsheets. Hestini reads and indexes them, then answers questions from their actual contents — with a link back to the passage it used, so anyone can check the work. Documents carry categories, versions and per-person access rules, so an answer never draws on a file the person asking isn’t entitled to read.
Ask for the quarterly summary, the comparison table, the client proposal — and get back a real document, spreadsheet or slide deck you can open, edit and send. The assistant works through the task and hands over the result.
Give each team its own assistant — its own instructions, its own documents, and only the internal systems and outside services you connect for it.

The same product ships two ways. Organisations with data-residency obligations run it on their own hardware with no dependency on our infrastructure.
